In 2025 insurance will be accepted!
Many health insurance plans now cover massage therapy. At Evoke Healing Space and Spa, we are in-network with PacificSource. Evoke is out-of-network with most major insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, Veterans Affairs, Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation cases.
Insurance coverage varies by plan, but we’re here to help determine your
benefits. When you contact us, we’ll verify your coverage with your provider and
answer important questions, such as:
• Does your policy cover massage therapy?
• Are there exclusions or limitations?
• Do you have in-network or out-of-network coverage?
• What are your deductible, copayment, or coinsurance amounts?
• Are there annual visit limits?
If your plan covers our treatments, we’ll handle the billing for you. If not, we’ll
discuss flexible payment options during your consultation. We accept cash,
checks, and most major credit cards. Please note, we are not yet accepting OHP.
A referral is required. Please let your Dr. know you would like to be seen at our
space. All referrals should be sent to Ins@evokehealingspacebend.com

Insurance and Payment Information
If your insurance coverage is not verified prior to your appointment, full payment will be required at the time of service. Once verification is received you will be fully reimbursed.
