The skills for life are based on what we believe, think, and perceive about ourselves. What you continue to think and feel about yourself is what you create. Most of us, by 5 or 6 years old, have created in our subconscious mind what we believe about ourselves. We gather all those beliefs; good and bad from our family and those around us. It is what helps to create in all of us what I call our personal beliefs. These beliefs all work together to create ease or dis-ease.
Like a detective, we are looking for the secret that opens the door to what your physical and emotional body feels, what your mental body thinks, and what your inner knowing believes. We desire to help you to change what you don’t want to think about yourself and others, into what you DO want to think and believe about yourself, and others.
The idea is to teach you to listen to your body, emotions, intellect and spirit in a way that shows respect for who you really are. The most significant journey we ever take is the one that shows us the beauty of ourselves without judgment or shame. We are all in this together; our job is to simply show you the doorknob and the door to your truth, whatever that may be.

My own journey:
I have spent years working on my personal beliefs, and it has changed my life. When I first started working with these tools, I could not stand hearing anything positive. All I heard were what I thought were lies, and it shamed me to believe that about myself. When I listened to the negative words, it was easier to believe about myself.
When I began to understand that my personal beliefs were just lies that I continued to tell myself and that all I had to do was change what I believed about myself …I started to laugh (I have a really big laugh!!). I laughed for a long time loud and hard, and I had earned that laugh. I stopped seeing myself as broken and started re-thinking my inner talk. I was never to be the same. I found peace and joy and love for myself in my life. Am I perfect, NO! I will leave that for people who find value in perfection. I am a soul becoming:-).
